  • Imprisonment for life with possibility of parole after a minimum of 25 years have been served.

If the child is under 14 years of age and sustains substantial bodily harm, you are guilty of a category A felony and will be punished:

  • Imprisonment for life without possibility of parole.

If the child is under 14 years of age and does not sustain substantial bodily harm, you are guilty of a category A felony and will be punished:

  • Imprisonment for life with possibility of parole after a minimum of 35 years have been served.

If you have been previously convicted of sexual assault in another state and were then convicted in Nevada of sexual assault, you are guilty of a category A felony and will be punished:

  • Imprisonment for life without possibility of parole.
